Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centres) development project

In this unique and interesting project, our strategic goal was to develop the business model of JIITEE Työt in a way that supports the realization of sustainable infrastructure to the extent that JIITEE Työt Oy, as a medium sized construction company, can contribute to environmentally sustainable construction. The aim of the project was to enhance ecological sustainability through resource-efficient operations and a vision based on life cycle thinking.

Another goal of the project was to develop a new hybrid business model for infrastructure construction contracting in Finland and Sweden. The vision with the hybrid model was to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage and thereby become a significant player in the Finnish and Swedish markets. With the hybrid model, JIITEE Työt would have the capability to operate in various roles within the value chain of infrastructure and industrial construction projects.
